Shipping Information

We use a flat rate for first class shipping & handling. We can rush your item if we have it in stock. If not, it has to be made on a special order basis in which case, we can still send it out 2nd Day Air to expedite its delivery. Keep in mind that it still may take several days to a week to get the product actually fabricated before we can ship it.

First Class — $7.50 flat rate
2nd Day Air — $32 flat rate

PRODUCT CARE

We carry quality jewelry & textiles ….with beautiful materials, gemstones & metals. While you “can” wear jewelry to sleep, swim or shower, we HIGHLY do not recommend it!! Fine & Bridge jewelry is not meant to be slept, swam, or showered in. It puts unnecessary stress on the materials, and unfiltered water tends to be very hard, harsh on metals, and can easily corrode elements like prongs, and any cements that may be holding stones in place. Sleeping in your jewelry is highly unadvised, as turning in your sleep can tear metals from their findings, and dislodge stones. Sleeping in earrings is absolutely unadvised as it can interfere with sleep and posture. To improve the longevity of any of our pieces, please do remove them for any of the above activities.

We want you to be happy with your order and your experience shopping Soul and Story.. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact Jessica to discuss options. Refunds are not issued, we offer store credit only. Returned merchandise must be authorized in advance by emailing jessica@soulandstoryshop.com. Products bought at events, Friday Features & special Instagram & Facebook sales including Turquoise Tuesday & Vintage Monday are all final sale.
